im not that familiar with the fall out series but with this hype going round im starting to catch it!

More on freeze time. It was created to help out those who aren't that good at First Person Shooters, and to help those who are good at Fps when the fights get extremely hard. This function is also completely by passable. There is nothing saying that you HAVE to use this function, even though it is suggested.

This game will be first and foremost a RPG. You will HAVE to level up your character's skill to survive in the world of Fallout 3. You will also have to go and search out your weapons and armor, just like Oblivion. The better weapons and armor will be harder to get, like excellent Kevlar, and a fully functioning M4 (just an example I have no idea if that gun will be in the game yet) will be harder to find than say, a leather vest and a bad AK47, (no idea on that either) .
